NAVIGATION
On the upper left hand corner of the page there is a floating menu allowing you to access directly whatever page you choose. By placing the mouse on the menu, the various subdivions appear. The button at the top of the page in the middle allows you to access the next page, or the previous page. By clicking on "Français" or "Español" you access the same page you are on, but in that language.
